If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items to us within 100 days.

Make sure not to remove any labels or stain any items.

Returning a beauty product?

Only beauty products that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging may be refunded and resold due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure that any related wrapping, instructions and accessories are also returned.

Opened it and didn’t like it? Consider gifting your opened product to a friend/family member and help us reduce unnecessary waste.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you wish to return a gabrielivan Partner item and a gabrielivan shipped item at the same time, please send these separately to the corresponding senders. Only this way may your returns be correctly assigned to our partner and gabrielivan.
